im doing the sefton triathlon on june 29th to raise money for liverpool SANDS in memoury of our son Lucas i know alot of you have given so much already but if yous can spear just a pound that would be great yous all know my story and why i push myself to do differant things well this is differant this is my first triathlon thanks for your help
